6th Grade: 6:30 in the gym.
7th-8th Grade: 7:00-8:00
Information on Middle School Volleyball 🏐
August 1, 8, 10, 15-17 is open gym for volleyball players from, 5-6:30. Conditioning starts August 21-24 from 5-6. Then tryouts start August 28, time is to be determined. All cuts will be made before August 31st.

Information on Middle School Cross Country 🏃🏽
Practice starts August 23rd from 3:00-4:00 and will practice the rest of the week at the same time.
Once roster is official, coach Sikkema will add parents to a group email and send out updates regularly. $15 t-shirts must be purchased. If you have last years t-shirt and it still fits, your athlete can wear that.
